Learning is a life long process. We should always seek out more knowledge. Knowledge is power. 

I am a firm believer that with the right knowledge we can enhance our lives and improve our health. With the dedication to learn and become more conscientious individuals, we give ourselves the endless opportunity for lifelong growth and flourishment.

Everything that I have learned (and am still learning) is due in part to the academic studying, investigation, exploration, and personal experimentation that I have gone through over the past several years.

Nutrition is a science.

A science of how our bodies digest, assimilate and eliminate the foods that we consume. I want to provide you the facts that will help you become more aware of the foods that we eat and the physiological impact they have on our bodies.

My aim is to provide functional advice that is backed by science. My content will always include the data and the research behind what I am presenting so that you can make an informed decision about what and how it is beneficial to your body. 

Every post I write will reference the accredited doctors, authors, scientists, and researchers from which the material is sourced from. 

In order to build your own base of knowledge, the following is a reference list of all the books and articles that drive my content and provide me with further inspiration.

This will be a continually growing list and one that we can build and grow together. Please leave a comment with any text, articles, or sources of information that you would like to contribute to our community’s library of knowledge. 

I highly recommend that you pick up one or two (or all) of these for yourself, as there is soo much information that I believe is imperative for us to all know!
