Who doesn’t love a good Thanksgiving pumpkin pie? Here is the recipe I used for Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin Pie
Pie crust (I used store bought because baking pastry scares me)
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, and seasoning. Pour into pie crust. Cook on 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for 45-55 minutes. After cooking, let cook on rack for an hour and then place in fridge for at least 3 hours. Serve!
