I wanted to take the traditional Twitter #FF to a new level…or at least a new level for me. I read a lot of blogs, spanning a very wide variety of things. Blogs about fashion, blogs about cooking, blogs about design, blogs about technology, blogs by my friends…lots of blogs. So I wanted to share with you some of the blogs that I enjoy the most and that I go to most often!

The Novice Chef: Jessica takes amazing picture and makes me want to eat things I’ve always hated. But like most of the food blogs I love, she is utterly devoted to sugar and that makes me love it! I died (and my mother was very excited) when I found her recipe for Lofthouse Sugar Cookies. They’re so thick almost white sugar cookies with a thick layer of icing and sprinkles. Everyone loves them, but hates to admit that they have such an obsession with a store bought cookie! Now you can love these homemade ones. They are delicious!

Bake at 350: Bridget also thrives on a sugar rush! I’ve hated those people who say “This is the best sugar cookie recipe” because it never is! It either doesn’t go with cookie cutters well or it tastes like cardboard. But Bridget’s recipe is my go-to. I don’t use another, because none of them taste as good or work as well! I’m also a die hard fan of her icing recipe too! And her cookie ideas are simply amazing.

Saucy Glossie: Yep! As seen on TV, it’s Saucy Glossie. Ok, so maybe you didn’t catch who Lindsey is, but she’s the most recently featured real fashion blogger on TJ Maxx’s commercials. I love her style and her photographs are beautiful. You will feel like you are right along beside her at all the events that she attends. And her tutorials are fabulous!

Eat.Sleep.Wear.: Alright, Kimberly wears what I never would most days, but I love it. I gasp when I first see what she’s wearing, but then I fall in love with every piece. She is much more daring than I am and that’s why I follow her. I always look forward to see what she’ll wear next!

From the Fifth Floor: This is the chronicle of my good friend, Lauren, as she lives in New York. As an event planner, she has a crazy life, but she’s also got a busy social schedule that always leads to funny and interesting posts! She’s tells the truth about living in New York, and we’re not talking about living the high life, we’re talking about Harlem! But I love how open and honest she is. Oh and she’s pretty funny!

Sweat Tea and Champagne: Kathryn also chronicled her life in New York, but in a bit of a different way. She worked more in the world of fashion and has a great style sense. I always look forward to her new posts, because she always points out beautiful style for the every day woman (which is something not a lot of bloggers do!) and is fabulously Southern!

My Big Orange Life: I’ve noticed that it’s become a trend for newlyweds to start a blog. I’m all in support of that, but the thing I hate is when they don’t really blog. Or they do a crappy job. Or they just randomly stop blogging! That’s why I love Lauren. She’s a loyal blogger and that’s great, because I know that she is super busy with work and her husband, Sean. Of course I know them so I love reading how funny their life is, but I think you’ll enjoy how these two concur married life, generic brands, a whirlwind of house troubles, and their precious puppy!

Silver Hoops and Cotton Tees: This blog is run by my dear friend Ashley. She  is great in that she covers a wide variety! Everything from event planning to politics to education. I always feel like I leave her blog will a well rounded view of the world. But (and I’m only saying this because I know she will read this) my only problem is that she doesn’t post enough! I know she’s got a crazy busy life, but she knows so much about technology and the web that I’d love to see more posts from her!
